Network Connectivity Clarification
The dash cam’s Wi-Fi is exclusively designed for App connectivity and does not provide internet access—this is standard functionality.
- Android Devices:
- Most Android phones disable mobile data when connected to the camera’s Wi-Fi.
- Action: Disconnect from the camera’s Wi-Fi to restore cellular internet access.
- iOS Devices:
- iPhones allow simultaneous usage of Wi-Fi (for camera functions) and cellular data (for internet browsing).
- Benefit: Maintain internet connectivity while operating the dash cam.
When setting up your dashcam for the first time:
- Open the Lercenker app.You will see the main screen—please click the blue “New Device” icon to begin connecting your dashcam.

Camera Settings
Video resolution depends on the dashcam model and its supported options. For the JOOYFACT_A19, we recommend setting it to 4K or 2K.
Video Length : Configure the duration for each video file, we recomend you set 1 minute or 3 minutes .
G-sensor :Adjust the G-sensor sensitivity (Off/Low/Medium/High) and test each setting to identify the optimal configuration for your usage scenario.
Parking Guard :The function utilizes the fuse box power cable by default, but compatible models (e.g., VW, Audi) can also connect via dedicated cables. It just can capture what had happened in the view of the dash cam .The dashcam activates recording (30s/60s) when the G-sensor identifies a significant impact event, such as a collision or emergency braking. JOOYFACT_A19, we do not recommend you use this function, it need more than 13 seconds to start work.
Parking Monitoring FPS, You can set the time-lapse recording FPS (frames per second) to options such as 1/2/5 FPS. If you set it to 1 FPS, the video file size will be smaller than when set to 2/5 FPS—meaning, with the same TF card, it can record for a longer duration.
Parking Monitoring Time: You can set the time-lapse recording to OFF to disable the function. Alternatively, set it to a duration option (4H/8H/12H/24H)—we recommend 24H as it is sufficient for most buyers.
Sound Volume: If the dashcam has a built-in speaker, you can adjust its volume.
Sounrce Frequency :Set your dashcam’s frequency by prioritizing your regional power grid frequency. select the matching standard for your region:
- 50Hz (PAL): For regions with 50Hz grids (China mainland, Europe, Australia). Choose 50HZ to avoid screen flickering or LED light flicker (e.g., streetlights, car lights), which disrupts footage clarity.
- 60Hz (NTSC): For regions with 60Hz grids (U.S., Japan, South Korea, Canada). Select 60HZ here to prevent mismatched frequency issues.
Note: Mismatching frequency with your grid causes flickering/LED strobing, degrading viewing experience. Always align with local standards first.
Wi-Fi Name:Do not use this function to change our dash cam Wi-Fi name, please .If you require a new network name for your dashcam, submit a support request via email with your device details.
Wi-Fi Password:Do not use this function to change our dash cam password, please .
If you require a new password for your dashcam, submit a support request via email with your device details.
Format : Regularly formatting the memory card of the recorder can effectively prevent data loss. For normal use, the memory card should be formatted every 15-30 days.
Always back up important data before formatting, please.
